I can work on Friday 8:30 to 5. Berg said we can leave Friday evening and come back sometime Saturday. Some im going to request Friday off at Meijer just in case and Saturday im requesting off.

I talked to him Friday cause I went to his volleyball game. He said I can still work on Friday, but we will leave when im off work sometime Friday evening. And then stay the night there and leave sometime on Saturday.

The dunes will dominate, and of course your cheating on your diet those two days :49:

It will be another level 15 domination that weekend.

Of course im going to cheat those two days. Im not going to be a douche and pack chicken and potatoes. I will smash on some s'mores and hot dogs.

This means ill have to dominate the gym and diet for the next 2-3 weeks so I can dominate the dunes a little and not look so fat :tear:

bench is looking very good, I actually dont think you've lost any strength, but nonetheless the deload has no doubt done you some good.

very good, lying leg curls seem to be the same as they previously were as well :xyxthumbs:

The weight is dropping, and yes im seeing the fat come off every week. My waist is getting noticeable smaller.
