Did my full-body yesterday, it was good, I think im getting stronger I saw that Carrie Underwood looking chick again, I was very excited about that, she was giving my looks a few times.

Today I did cardio. Dominated it. 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, and 20 minutes on the elliptical. Good stuff. I didnt watch Deal or No Deal this time, it was a re-run, so I watched The Academy of Country Music Awards.
