I totally fell you with the bench progress - mine is a nightmare too - but nonetheless you got a PR in it, and in squat in the same session so can't be too disheartened with that!

I totally fell you with the bench progress - mine is a nightmare too - but nonetheless you got a PR in it, and in squat in the same session so can't be too disheartened with that!

Yeah it sucks but I still got 2 weeks to go till test week. I want to do 70kg for 1-3 reps.

haha ISO-Lator, good stuff but havent done that in a while. When I was younger I smoked weed every day, pretty much fucked up my school because of it :carduindisguise

Every time I read your log I think about going back to my 5x5 routine... soon, soon.

It worked great to get my strength up. This is week 8 I'm going to do 10 weeks and than I'll shift to an ub/lb protocol.

I'm going to start a push/pull routine soon and follow that for about 3 months but then I'll go back to 5x5 and see if I can pass the 150kg barrier for my bench.
