This was already the max I think but I didnt want to fuck up my back since it felt a bit ichi after the last attempt.

Pretty pleased with the results overall. Gonna take some rest till monday and than I'm gonna start a new protocol. I'm thinking about doing some westside orientated workouts but I'm not sure about that. If someone have a good idea feel free to post them up.

I'm pretty pleased with the results myself but tomorrow I'm gonna start a new protocol. This will be very different from this one. A freind of my asked me if I wanted to join him on one of the toughest survival runs in Holland. At first I laughed but I did get second thoughts about it. So I decided to go with him, were gonna do a partner run, this makes it a bit more easy but its still 18km with brutal obstancles.
So along with the weight training there will be some endurance work as well. I havent got much preperation time (2 months) so I have to give it all I got.

Yeah it went great hopefully I can at least maintain this poundage since I'm going to do a lot more cardio the upcomming weeks.

Haha you know me. Ive decided to do fysio so the green berets will have to wait. In the mean time I'm going to do more of this stuff. I cant tell you why but I like to go all out and see what I can do

That survival run sounds awesome mate, as I've mentioned before, I'd love to try on of them one day.
