That was intense and the weird part was I liked it very much. It sounds a bit like a beach boy but the pumped up feeling felt great. Along the way the guy gave me some good pointers you can really see hes very experienced. He lives for the sport an hes doing it for 30 years now. I wont be using his training styles but I will sure pay some more attention to my technique.

I love training old school style, it's just plain fun.

nice squats and rdls there philo:2: way to go, and ye less frequency on the legs sounds like a good idea, especially when sprinting. ive always found my legs respond best to somewhat low frequency anyway, i mean we use em every day. so for me once every 7 days allow for maximum recovery:2: i think that applies to every muscle group anyway.

So I went to the local track & field club to start with my first sprinting session, at least thats what I thought but after I met the coach he sended me to an other group. When I asked him why he said we first wanna see were your talent comes out best. I had to train at least 6 months in different area's of the sport before I even have a chance for the sprinting team and even than its not sure. I told the guy I'm only here for the sprinting and nothing else but he wasnt going to changes his mind. A bit flabbergasted I went along with it but after 30 mins I had serious doubts about it. If I pay contribution (Which I'm not doing yet) I can chose whatever I like imo but he wasnt going to let me try. I asked him which time I needed to run if I wanna be in his "elite" group, he wasnt willing to awnser that question for some weird reason. At that point I was getting a bit frustrated, why cant the man except that if you wanna be good at something you have to specialize and to be honest the times of those guys werent even that good. So before I did something terrible to the guy who thinks hes charlie francis himself I decided to walk away and never come back to this place. Since this is the only track and field club in the area the sprinting thing is game over :(

To get rid of the frustration I went right to the gym for an Upperbody session

6x60kg
5x60kg

Shrugs
12x26kg
12x26kg
12x26kg

DB Curl
12x12kg
12x12kg

Though last year in greece was great, I went to chersonissos the party whalhala of greece. The grils were fine and the beer was great I think thats says it all. Al in all a vacation which I shall never forget.
