haha ISO-Lator, good stuff but havent done that in a while. When I was younger I smoked weed every day, pretty much fucked up my school because of it :carduindisguise



It worked great to get my strength up. This is week 8 I'm going to do 10 weeks and than I'll shift to an ub/lb protocol.

in my opinion you should take advantage of your low weight and do pull ups and push ups they work great for adding muscle.

the greece you are seeing is what greece normally is,what happened and we managed to take the Euro is something that i cant explain,some really dark forces worked for us on the previous euro...before that we had qualifed only once in the moundial and we received 10 goals in 3 games:49:

Pretty pleased with the results overall. Gonna take some rest till monday and than I'm gonna start a new protocol. I'm thinking about doing some westside orientated workouts but I'm not sure about that. If someone have a good idea feel free to post them up.
