Finally some decent improvements, perhaps I don't have to kick your pretty face next month.

Double to food and don't change the program, the light days are their for a reason.

Well done, PRs on two big movements! I wouldn't be too hard on yourself for failing the 70kg bench; you may not have been working your chest, but those must have taken a lot out of ya.

I knew that deadlift would be easy for you. sucks about the grip..I too am going to put some work on my grip strength sometime soon.

squats and bench are also coming along I see. Good to see you're not using the weight assist on pullups. Keep chipping away at them man!
