had a suprisingly good gym session today even tho i hadnt eaten much through the day and was a bit tired from wrestling training. Trained in a different gym today with all different equipment.

Bench 531
91 *5
97*5
102.5*9 (Probs had 2 more in me but that would of been failure)

wide grip chins superset with standing 1 arm shoulder db press
5*10@Bw (2 sets were rest paused) 5*10 at 22.5kg

Seated Row 8 plates 2*25 reps lololol

Tri set
side raise *15@12kg, Tricep pushdown*15 @ stack (it was 10-12 plates but probably was only about 30kg lol, DB preacher curl *15 @ 12kg. *2 sets.

over and out in about 45 minutes xoxoxo

Bench 5/3/1
final set was minimum 3 on 115kg i did 5. poor effort. Next cycle i need to put more chest pressing movements in because although i need the shoulder work my chest is going backwards lolol.

Chins wide grip (i blast these out so much easier then double underhand, the Rom is different anywho.)@bw12,11,9,9,9 supersetted with 1 arm db shoulder press @25kg 5*10

Had to do a high row because seated row was taken 4pl 5*10 superset with side raise 10kg 5*10

2 at a time db skull crusher 20kg 3*12 superset with db preacher curl 15kg 2*12 1*8

stretched lats, chest, then out... should of stretched more but you know, wanted to walk past hot gym counter lady with a pump lol.
