1 set of 3 @ 165kg (vid) (absolutely spent myself, dunno why i thought i could do more weight on last set)
1 set of 1 @ 170kg
had a good session this morning. Approaching p.b territory again. my best squats are from memory 165kg*5 Bench is getting back to where it was at best as well. 122.5 is my 6 rep pb for bench. I only do full range movements. will test 1 rms in 2 weeks to see if i can best my 185kg squat p.b (if i get 190kg its a 2 times bw squat at 6 foot 3)
Squats 97.5kg*5, 112.5*5, 132.5*5, 142.5*5, 157.5*5
Bench 117.5kg 5*3 1*2 120kg 2*2
Superset with
weighted chins 5 sets *6 ramped up to 20kg
