awesome effort on the deadlifts the other day. 13 with double overhand at 130 kg is nothing to sneeze at. a mixed grip is alot easier. good effort on the bench as well. and those chins of yours have come up it seems. that many reps at ur bodyweight is great:2: keep up the good work pickle.

Good bench mate! And 12 reps weighting 100kg is fucking good, I can't do 12 reps with 30kg added, well, maybe I can:D

another less then stellar effort. squatting 3 times a week and i could 5 rep 160. now i squat once a week and got 155 for 4 :p

supporters ham curls, seated calf raise, reverse hypers, situps stretching. xooxxoxox. rest tommorrow or touch footy rather, then the day after i have testing for police. 2 physce tests, 1 iq like test and a essay like test lolololol.

I hope they ask me to write a funny joke or something. ill be all "well lolololol, oh thats rite formal language."

thats still a solid effort pickle. but maybe u should consider replacing the back squat with for instance a front squat for awhile?

uve been squatting for a long time, and maybe u need alittle variation and just getting that bar off ur back. it takes its toll on the CNS to squat for prolonged periods of time.

anyways, wish u luck on the tests. im sure ull nail em:)

had my best session for a while tonight. didnt notice a bug in my 5/3/1 calculator before but something fucked up as last weeks 90% and this weeks 95% were the same weight... but that aside felt like a good session

5/3/1 militaries
70kg*6 (same as last week)
Push Press
75kg *5, 77.5*5, 80*5, 82.5*5, 85*3 (4th set last week was 80*3)

Underhand grip chins
12,11,9,7,6,5 lolol

Pushups supserseted with seated rows.
96 reps in 4 sets with 4 sets of 15 @6plates
Did one more set this time on fists for 16 or so (as punishment for not getting 100 in 4 lololol) with 1 more set of seated rows 6pl *15

stretched very difficult stretch I had a massive pump lol.

thanks bulky, i dont think ive plateud for real i just think i made the mistake of squatting too infrequently for a hardgainer. my next cycle ill squat 2 times a week possibly additional squats after 5/3/1 squats and i should see a markable difference. If not cycle 3 i'll definitely do fronties. (hopefully by then ill have some delts to rest the bar on as well)

cleans 65*5, 70*5, 75*5, 80*5, 85*5 (p.b), (had a go at my bodyweight or a bit over and failed. 105kg fail lolol. stupid pints.

deads

135*12 (strapless and without a belt) Started double overhand reset grips to over under about 9 reps in.

goodmornings(forgot my towel so did these)
60*10, 80*10, 85*7, 70*10, 70*10

Standing cable crunches
6pl 5*15

stretched hammies and quads then out.
