Its been a while so here we go. First set is from last week sometime, some have already seen them. The 2nd set is actually just from tonight :spy:

I was going to post sooner but mvsf1 posted some pics and I didn't want to draw any attention away from him, plus it was my own little way of delaying the inevitable :spy:

posing still isn't perfect I know, especially in the rear double biceps and rear lat spread, I'm sorry :tear:

I'm weighing like 180-185, somewhere in there I dont care anymore, and just a hair under 13%

sorry for such a difference in lighting, I can't believe what kind of difference it actually makes too, first set makes me look quite a bit better, oh well..as I get tanner it shouldn't be that bad anymore.

Your lines and proportions seem balanced. Good frame for building lots of LBM clean. You have progressed quite some since the last pics I saw. Keep it up dude!

I wanna see those wheels as well brah...? go with christ :spy:

your lats is your most prominent bodypart imo. And it kinda looks like your waist has gotten smaller, alot smaller. You earlier said it was 35 inches. What is it now??

As was said you have a good foundation to add some nice lean muscle mass, this will come with hard training, obviously your diet is good.

Good Triceps and the lats are forming very nicely. Keep up the good work.

As I have said before, the only criticism I have had of your training is that you seem to finish with more reps in you. Maybe this is changed:e5dunno:

Bulkboy - My waist is now 32 inches around :eek4: so yes, its definetely gotten quite a bit smaller

Pumba - My training has changed slighty, I do start heavier and usually end closer to what weight I started with, so basically what you were talking about I guess has changed

Philo - thanks man, my wheels are small :tear: and white :tear:

Max-Ot - I plan on dieting until I reach the bodyfat of my choice, which is 8-9% and I'll probably get down to a staggering 165-170lbs but hold quite a bit of muscle and hopefully look 10lbs heavier than what I actually do because we all know 165-170lbs on a 6' frame is pretty small, oh well, its what I gotta do to get ripped and its just a number anyway. Plus, I've yet to lose any strength or muscle, so I'll be absolutely fine with being that light.

Looking good Tweak now i think its time ti invest in some type of tanning product whitey lol. Your lats are great and your tris have a nice pop to them.

lol well I was actually planning on it, my girlfriend got me some minutes at this tanning salon 2 doors down from my work so it'll be easy access and very convenient.

Dang you should of just taken pictures in your bathroom again, it should your lines alot better, and you didnt look so white sss sss sss. I can now see your abs even more so then last time. That most muscular looks pretty good and scary :skurred: But you do need to learn how to do that rear double bicep better, all you have to do is bring your arms down a little and it was squeeze your lats together a little more, and you will be able to see more lines in your back, and your rear lat spread doesnt look to bad either. Just keep up the excellent work, domination.
