Had my first arm workout at the new gym so was much experimental

Close grip bench press s/s with straight bar curls

Dumbell curls s/s with one arm extensions

16kgx12 12kgx8
14kgx12 12kgx8

Pushdowns s/s machine preacher curls

Machine dips

Hammer curls
3 sets of 16kgx16

One armed rope tricep pushdowns
3 sets of 25kgx10-8-8

One armed cable bicep curl
3 sets of 25kgx8-6-6

Reverse grip curls s/s with wrist curls
3 sets 20kgx15-12-12
3 sets 20kgx15-15-15

Heavy wrist curls standing
3 sets of 60kgx10-8-8

Did 20 min bike and got out!

Felt pretty good
May seem as a lot of sets but some were pretty light and did it to feel the cables and machines
Next arm workout will be shorter with much more intensity/weigth

I agree with Lionheart - probably best to stick to 12-14 max work-sets for the bis or tris. Although I'll have to give you at least some props for experimenting and feeling things up...this way you have a better understanding of what works well for you so good work!

Reminds me of my arm-training back in the day, were 20 sets were not uncommon : ) Now I hardly do arms at all, and if I do, its around 9 sets each. It works for me.

You keep bringing it Vegeta, cool workouts!

I'm not a huge fan of an only bis and tris day, but if you're gonna do it, those supersets are the way to go :xyxthumbs:

No man, actually i live in the hague which isnt that far away but a comeplete different vibe for sure!
