Two reasons.....

1.Gym was too crowded...but soon that will be no problem because im joining a new gym!
2.Me and the misses got a bit too freaky and i am hurting in the right hip.....

seems like Super sets are the norm here
but are very very effective, keep it up bro!

Did 20 minutes of stationary bike with the misses.

Felt great deadlifting! I will deadlift every week and squat every week too improve overall strenght as i feel weak for my size..also will focus on chest/front delt strength...but because of my fuckedup shoulder will not force anything!

Been out of action for 4 days now....lower back was aching like fuck because of sucky bed....and had to finish up school

Reason i am not writing down weights is because of not logging in my log book.I snuck in to the new gym so i didn't have to pay for the one session!!

Tomorrow is push day!
