little update:Lazy as fuck these days....went to belgium for a couple days and indulged in all that is belgium.....chocolate and beer!i will start training officialy on the 15 of january because i have exams comin up....c ya!

Friet meej mayo gvd, that what you eat in belgium :food-snacking:

Report:have lost 2.5 kg in 6 days!mostly water weight though...but at least im getting back to my pre holiday weight....
