Had a good back,traps and rear delts workout...plus i started on hydroxycut hardcore so energy was way up!

REverse grip hammer pulldowns

20kg each sidex10

30x8 each arm independent

D grip pulldowns
3 sets....10-8-8....dont remember the weights though.....i think round 65kg...

Dumbell rows(really strict)

T bar rows(machine...not with bar in the corner a la ronnie)

Reverse peck deck

Did 10 mintues high intensity bike
did 10 minutes threadmill

did this really fast...didnt note the time though...if i had to take guees in toal inculding cardio it would be...80 or 85 minutes??

The hydroxycut hardcore really gave me energy and i didnt want to stop training!

Tommorow.....chest and front/side delts

perhaps you should try nano vapor. i am not a muscletech fan but that stuff is good.lots of energy and good pumps

Today i did chest side/front delt workout

Incline barbell press
40kgx12
60kgx8
60kgx8

Incline dumbells
28kgx8 3 sets

Flat dumbell
24kgx8 3 sets

Machine bench press
15kg each sidex12
20kg each sidex7 2 sets

Machine press seated upright
3 sets of 59 kgx10-8

Seated side laterals
7kgx12
10kgx10 3 sets

Machine press for shoulders
3 sets of 35 kgx15

This was done in about 50 minutes
Then i did a hour of spinning as my cardio
The madam that gives the class is HARDCORE...my ass is bleeding as i speaking
Feel the burn in me quads....interesting leg session tommorow....

solid session there bro :xyxthumbs: i once went to a spinning class like that to. the instructor seemed to have inhuman endurance, that bitch allmost made me cry, have'nt done any spinning since.

that back session was great dude..lots of work and you still pounded out some heavy deadlifts. keep on plugging prince!

it seems your incline db presses are stronger than your incline bb presses - dayum. 4 pressing exercises must surely have destroyed your chest beyond belief. Good intensity man!

I do man! i love it!! its really hardcore and got my lifting spirit up!


No gym today for me because of storm in town....but no school tommorow so early tom. morning is legs abs and some cardio

p.s.......spinning got me really stiff in the legs!!

High intensity biking is great! I heard that Tom Platz used to do legs and then go do intense road biking. Keep it up bro.

Thanx man! i do feel a different kind of soreness from the spinning xlasses which i like so i may continue doing them for 2x or 3x a week for cardio
