we used to go to buffets all the time in summer (out of town moving jobs) and eat like 8-10 plates full of shit hahaha aah i always feel so bad after that :keke:

Did 3 sets of decline crunches and did some bodytwists!

Felt really awesome to get bact to 100kg squats!!
Did little rest between all sets because i knew i wouldnt do cardio after legs so i uped the tempo to raise the heartrate!!

Tommorow is shoulders/tri's!!
