Was a great session. Bench is coming on really nicely and so the other lifts will do aswell. Good stuff.

nice work on the benchp. looks tough :)

be carefull with your moving job, i just fucked up my calf 2 days ago :( a cabinet slipped out of my hands and the corner hit my calf and scrached down :(

My next session will ne monday...it will be a light leg day and cardio....im gonna try to hit my pb for squats on friday when i have my training partner! stay tuned...

Well today i wanted to actually take off but decided to do some light leg to prepare myself for friday's session where i want to put up 120kgx2!

Leg press
50kgx15
100kgx12
150kgx10
200kgx10
250kgx8
300kgx5....p.b. for this log and gym

Standing one legged curls
15kgx15
2 sets of 20kgx12
25kgx8

Leg extensions
60kgx15
70kgx12
80kgx10

Calf raises
4 sets of 90kgx10-6

Seated calf raises
40kgx12
50kgx12
3 sets of 60kgx8!

Did 20 minutes stationary bike and did 10 minutes threadmill for a total of 30 min cardio.
Will do shoulders and tri's 2morrow!!

Yes i have....but i like the 4 day split better....less pressure on my bad shoulder!

May i ask why you are wondering?
