Happy with the presses, went to the gym with less then 24 hours between sessions, did a lot of pressing sets last night, didnt sleep much( by my standards) and only had a protein shake prior to the workout, im confident that if i go in the afternoon after a day of rest and at leat 3 meals in me, i could crank out more reps!

Update: 90 minutes after session, went and ate ate at a all you can eat sushi place, mustve eaten atleast 2500 kcals of fish, chicken, beef, rice and shrimp...recovery time!

I fucking love you. that is the best all you can eat imo. sooooo nice. you and i all you can eat sushi eating contest one day. done and done.

hmm hehe, im going to have a deload week next week, then box squat for 2-3 weeks, then deads 1 weak, then olympic squats 2-3weeks, THEN FSQ heh, so i will see then :) , 6-8 weeks from now.... So you have good time :)
