I would add some walking lunges tho. The best exercise, ever. :)

We all do, non or less it's some Unilateral work, stabilitation. It's really good. You can compare it abit to all the pistol squats that sentinel used to do.

I'm not saying that it should be all out sets, just do 3-5 sets of high rep, with a good form. The weight is not really that important.

You cant compare leg presses and walking lunges. Walking lunges is FAR supirior!!!

I dont have much room in my gym, might do stationary lunges next time around


Just did 35 min fastpaced walk on a empty stomach with my gf outside. was fun

Wasnt happy with the deads, had a calculated 1rm of 193.3kg, while the best ive gotten a calculated 217kg in the past, got some work to do.
