I took thursday till sunday off because my body needed it
But now that the wether cleared here in holland and it's at least 15 degrees celcius i have started running!
Saturday was my first try and i did 40 min of walking/jogging intervals....its nowhere near the great cardio god pain but my condition sucks and i will work hard on it!

Abs
3 sets of weighted crunches (10kg)x10 then bodyweightx10 so in total 60 reps
3 sets of lying leg raises with somebody pushing my legs down for extra resistance total reps=45
I am spent for today....
Tommorow is legs and some cardio but im not sure which one....plus its queens day here in holland and tommorow there are events in both the hague where i live and amsterdam...so thrusday is a no go because i will party till late!
