good job on losing that weight, your really strong on the upperbody but the legs need some strenght wich will come in time, awesome job man!!!!!

Leg press calf work and that was that!

My hams were still a bit stiff from deads... so couldnt do much for hams

Tommorow is cardio and abs and saturday is chest and bi´s...first real test to see if my shoulder will hurt after benching!

big volume there vegeta. You certainly have gotten stronger since last time i checked. Mlitary presses are exceptional. Especially because your tall and your longer levers :)
