Had a leg workout yesterday

front squats

barx15 WU
40kgx10
60kgx8
70kgx4
60kgx5

Leg press
3 plates each side x12
4 plates x10
5 platesx7

Leg curls
45kgx10 3 sets

Leg extensions. First time doing these in a plate loaded machine instead of a cable one
3 sets of 20kg each side...did each leg seperate...3 sets of 10 per leg

Stiff dumbell deads with huuuge stretch
3 sets of 14kgx12

That was that.
School starts today and this semesters schedule looks too be good enough to get at least 4 sessions in per week

heavy front squats! I have so much truble handling the bar that I only do that in a smith. That's something i have to work on. Nice session!

Well guys....the end is nea.....my fuckedu shoulder is reaaaaly hurting these days so i decided to stop and get some physical therapy....i will update my log when the first session is done and say what the options are if i can train or not....:(

Well new update....i have been cleared to trian but to avoid any excerisces that really overlaod the shoulder or hurts my shoulder....so no benching....or deads....or back squats because of the position of my shoulder....will start a new training schedule that works around the shoulder...more cardio less wieghts and one physio session a week for 12 weeks...will start training again tommorow..

Thanx man for the support. Im gonna use this time to get in some good cardio and lose some bf% so i can grow faster once i start training again!:tiphat:
