Final session for the week to get everything sore and stiff...was quads and abs day. no hams because they are stiff from deads and cardio...

Warmed up with 3 sets of 300kgx12 leg extensions

Did some hack squats for the first time...

Machinex15...the machine is heavy alreaady....god im weak :(
2 sets of 10kg each side x8.....damn this excersice is hard...gotta improve them

Single leg press
3 sets of 10kg each side one legged leg press

Then did some machine crunches and got out...

So everything is hurting and will start moving some more serious wieght starting monday!!

Tuesday is back and biceps....gonna do shoulders and traps instead of traps with back....too much volume for one workout!

I was like...wtf...warmup with 300 kg leg extension : ) That is some serious strength, and the machine to be able to hold it is also quite impressive :D

Good session PV, I'm jealous of how much Hammer Strength gear you have. I hate most machines but I definintely rate Hammer Strength equipment.

I worked from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm in a hardwarestore called gamma( kinda like home depot) had to celan the warehouse and shit...i am tired as hell...oh well!

Tommorow is Back and biceps!

Well my cell phone can count how many steps i walk and count how many calories I burn in a 24 hour period

Yesterday it said i burned 2000 kcals at work!! and today it sad 1700 kcal!

Those numbers cant be right...but im taking the opportunity ta eat less and burn the kcals to see if a drop a few pounds!

Didnt get to train back beacuse worked till 7 pm and to fuckin tired...

Maybe tommorow?
