Hey guys thanx for the comments!

I have started to eat better since monday again so hope this will further help my strentgh and size to come back...for the last 2 months i was only eating like 2 huuuuge melas a day...now im back to six little meals including 1-2 shakes...gettin too fat for comfort...

So later i will post the back trap and bi session....stay tuned :spy:

So here is todays workout....nothing really heavy..just a feel and get sore kinda workout...

Pulldowns
40kgx15 wu
50kgx12

Deads

Supported T bar rows
20kg on machine x15
30kgx10
30kgx8

Dumbell shrugs
3 sets of 30kgx10

Hammer curls with both arms
3 sets of 16kgx10

plate loaded machine preacher curls unilateral
15kg on each sidex10-8-8

Then i did cardio 20 min same bike but got to 200 kcal this time...gonna keep increasing it like that till i hit 400 then i will hit the treadmill!

thanx guys! gonna take off tommorow from lifting wieghts but will get my cardio in! gonna do a city tour on bike with a friend of my gf...so will be cycling for like 5-6 hours straigth!

Well biking didnt happen yesterday....just stayed home relaxed and ate good food

Today i did some shoulders and cardio

Military press

Front raises both arms

Bent over laterals

Did some olympic bar curls..my biceps didnt get stiff fomr last workout...tooo light i think

Then did bike 20 minutes like last time

Tommorow is legs( hams are pretty stiff form deads and cardio) calves, abs and maybe cardio if i can do it...
