Heres a tip for your cleans. A lot of people lose grip on those because they aren't properly pushing the elbows forward in the catch phase. When i would max on power cleans for football I'd have my spotter scream elbows to me as loud as he could. It would just put an emphasis to my mind to when I catch it to driive my elbows up, which in return puts the bar farther back and turns it into more of like a front squat.

FINALLY!! Tommorow I start training full force again!

New split:

Day #1 ( Back and Traps)

- Deadlifts 5x5
- Dumbell rows 4x8
- Pulldowns 3x10
- Shrugs 3x8

Day #2 ( Chest+ Triceps)

- Bench press 5x5
- Incline dumbell press 4x8
- Close grip bench press 3x8
- Skull chrushers 3x8

Day #4 (Legs)

- Squats 5x5
- Leg press 4x8
- Leg extensions 3x10
- Lying leg curls 3x8
- Standing leg curls 3x10

Day #3 (Shoulders and Biceps)

- Clean & press 5x5
- Wide grip Upright rows 3x8
- Seated bent over laterals 3x8
- Hammer curls 3x8
- Concentration curls 3x10

Will do 2 on, 1 off and take a day off when needed...this split lets my lower back and shoulder rest properly ( not too much overload)

volume is pretty low and will concentrate on gettin new pb's for the 5x5 lifts

What yall think?

Ok split but I'd say more geared towards hypertrophy. To get good pbs you're better off training the movements at least 2x/wk.

I get what u mean, but this isnt a week split, if everything goes right it is done in 5 days and repeated, so in 10 days i do everything twice

That might work ok but personally I would prefer a more frequent split. I am a sucker for punishment though. :p
