- Standing press 5x5......... 5x50 5x50 3x60 3x60 1x70 PB
- Seated bent over laterals 3x8.......... 10x8 10x10 8x12
- Seated Side raises 3x8.......... 10x8 10x8 8x12( standing)
- Hammer curls 3x8 ............. 12x22 10x26 8x28 PB
- Concentration curls 3x10 .......... 10x8 10x10 8x12


Also did some shrugs and some front raises but light just to pump up. Also did some abs

Good back session today, 1160kg went easier then last time and rowstrength is coming back
