Good back session today, 1160kg went easier then last time and rowstrength is coming back

Day #2 ( Chest+ Triceps)

- Bench press 5x5........... 5x80 5x85 5x90 3x100 3x100
- Smitt machinn incline4x8-6.... 10x50 8x70 4x80>3x60 7x60
- Standing overhead extensions..... 15x20 12x25 10x30 10x30
- One handed cable extensions...did 3 sets

Sone two handed extensions to finish up and taht was that, had a nice chest pump
