It's has rubber coating but i dont bounce anything off the floor, too much sound lolz, ony when doing deads

Incline Smith ( assuming bar wheighs 20kg, but it's more i think, at least it feels like it

70kgx6..good pump!
These were done really fast wiith little rest, best pump in chest ever me thinks

Did some seated press machine for 3 sets

Then i did some tricep pushdowns 3 sets

One handed extensions SS one arm kickbacks
10kgx10/10kgx6 3 sets

Awesome pump in the tri's

Tommorow ill be @ school all day and will write in everyone's logs!

Thanks big guys!

Ran/walked for a total of @25 min today uotside on empty stomach, im gonna start doing this whenever i can to get more cardio in!
