hey PV, nice pulling workout. Maxing on deads uh? one of the reasons i never go for 1RM is i'm too lazy to do all the loading/unloading of weights just for one rep lol. Good for you!
Those DB rows are gigantic too!

Got some great news, my school offers a 6 month exchange program and i get to go to texas state university this fall!!

Anyone live around that area? i know hypo does!

^^ thanx man! my shoulders fuck up my bench big time, i explained a couple of weeks ago why, my let shoulder has been dislocated 6 times and the ligaments are weak as shit so it hurts when i bench heavy and i have bad balance and control and obviously my left is weaker once i get tired in a set benches, this doesnt happen when i use dumbells
