What sort of move?Tried something new, to help muscle up my upperback and stimulate some growth in the rear delts, which i feel are lacking( thanx to not being able of really hitting them because of old injury's)

Also another move that will add some meat to the upper back is bench shrugs or incline bench rows. Basically set up a bench at 45 degrees, using either DB's or a BB or a low chest press machine, either do shrugs or rows .
