Thanks for the kind words till, im 124kg right now and i can only do 2 pullups and it hurts my shoulders when i drop down...so im gonna weight till i drop some of my babyfat and hit the pullups hard,also dips
Tell your gym to get a machine with resistance weight for both dips and chins
My gym got one some weeks ago and man I see alot more people doing these babies now
