damn 100min is pretty damn long.. studies actually say that everything over 90min is stressing your body too much that you won't gain muscle

it's only once in a while that i train that long, and considering what i did, 100 min was pretty fast, but i have also read that 90min rule, normally i adhere to that

Great sessions lately, my friend. Steady, heavy numbers and nice to see you taking some time off if you have a starting injury, instead of traing through, and making it worse... Smart move.

Good thing you've incl. the barbell row, that move builds mass like a mofo.

But where are the pullups? You've got to get into to those. Fuck gravity. :headbang:

Thanks for the kind words till, im 124kg right now and i can only do 2 pullups and it hurts my shoulders when i drop down...so im gonna weight till i drop some of my babyfat and hit the pullups hard,also dips


Gravity sucks :headbang:

Tell your gym to get a machine with resistance weight for both dips and chins :)
My gym got one some weeks ago and man I see alot more people doing these babies now
