Just a thought Jono; try doing the DB shoulder presses standing with a forward foot stance. More balance and better positioning than a seated press with no back pad. If you're seated it may as well be against an upright, otherwise standing is all the rage these days.

Didnt put weights for the weight stacks cuz I use different weight stacks all the time, on one 25kg feels like 50 kg on the other one, so its not accurate
Did abs and cardio, 20 min burned 220kcals
Took today off, tommorow shoulders, traps and biceps!
