Nice work on the squats PV, but a piece of advice: after those first 2 squat movements you really don't need to be hitting the cursed leg extensions. Your quads will be getting enough from the squats and you don't need the added knee strain.
@ Freako: thanx man, i only do them sometimes when the pump isnt ultimate after other quad movements!
