I went to squat yesterday, but man, impossible, my hips are killing me from the deads...so Ill squat on monday, dont know if I stick with my plan or start another one.

So, I did a light squat, some floor presses, and very light stuff.

I was thinking in do the following:

Monday:
squat
bench
dead
pullup

Wednesday:
squat
bench
dead
row

Friday:
squat
bench
dead
chinup

High frequency, with low volume, 1 or 2 sets each movement, starting light...Im tired of tremendous DOMS...and also I wanna play rugby next month :)

Never played. Here in Brazil very few know...and in my city theres a team with an argentin coach who played in his country...dont know if with my 68kg I can handle the pressure :bitenails:
