hows the rugby news?

It was hard to pass the ball and stay behind, cause I'm used to soccer where you pass you go foward...but it's a nice sport...I thought it was more demanding physically, well, but it was just training, so no tackles, just some friendly touch :)
Aldo did some coordenative exercises, passing the ball, going backwards...repeating...it was fun.

Today has training, but I can barely walk lol...fucking powerlifting

Actually the squat has improved a bit...I weight the plates and some of them were only 19kg, some 21kg, it's a mess. But this time I discount and put 158kg, but according to the measure it was 152kg...well, before I squatted with less weigth than now...it got a bit confused, but you get it.

Racks are good, I'm doing them to save a bit my hips, and after squats my performance on sumo's has a dramatic decrease.

I saw your rack deads man, seemed intense:thumbsup2:
