Glad to see a chest PB! Guess the protocol worked for ya :hsughr: Hopefully you can nail that 145kg next time you max.

I probably do that much weight when I do dips :spy: ...but a fair portion of it is in my stomach and not hanging from a belt :49: Awesome job on those :2:

Thanks fellas. Dips are a favourite move of mine when I get up to weight like that.

Hopefully I'll get the bench next time trying.

Onto DB Incline press for next pec protocol. However the DB's only go up to 45kg (100lb) - but then my upper pecs are pracitically no-existent so that'll probably be enough :tear:

Hopefully get the lunges on vid tomorrow all being well!

Daniel - lol - no it wasn't a burp just a grunt of exhaustion...honest. :spy:

Skeptic - lol - thanks man. It was hard work but it always is - I always end up utterly destroyed after them and it's always the first exercise and I have to get through the rest of the session.
