Tweak - Yeah looking back I was wondering that, although ti felt like I was going down far, so I don't know if it's the angle cos when I go down with the left leg it looks like it isn't going down as far as the right each time, and near the end of the set I really was done for! And yes my quads suck.
I will try to get some more vids of other lifts where possible. I've got chest, back and tris on Monday so will try and get some moves there - chins or a tri move or something - but it being Monday will probably mean it'll be busy so I don't know.
No-one has actually commented on the session! The vid stole my log's thunder.
I hate getting vids when there's people around, I feel like an absolute douche I wait until nobody is around
