sorry to hear about the back rocko, lower back problems suck, takes fucking forever to get rid of it. i really hope u get it sorted out so we can see some more immense lifting in here
Hope you recover 100% man, i know you will....
you'll even kill the weights 100times over
let that back calm down, and relax, hit the gym
and dominate!
Well after last sessions shoddiness I decided to not do what I did last time I did my back in and keep going and never let it get better so reluctantly I haven't trained since the last posted session, which admittedly so far means I've only missed one, but I doubt I'll do tomorrows either. My back feels pretty much ok, but I'm aware that every now and again it's not 100% so rather than put me back further I'll wait, which probably means my next session will be Tuesday!
I'll probably be as weak as piss - but should be back training with Tom at least so hopefully it'll spur me on a bit.
How do fellas. Thanks for the words again. Well I got my tired arse back into the gym today. Tom is back so thought it might pep me up a bit having someone to train with. My backs not so bad now - just a feeling of stiffness every now and then but couldn't put off the return any longer for fear of completely wasting away.
I'm still suffering from lack of energy and motivation which I think is due to the programme I am on and currently using sub max weights, but for multiple sets which is still quite draining so psychologically it's disheartening.
Here it was anyway:

That was it. Glad to be back in. Hope my enthusiasm picks up, because it's really affecting my training.
I'll get round everyone elses log when I have time.
I lack enthuasims too at the moment. post pics of jorn t in here so we can see what we never want to look like and then We will get back and hit the gym hard with a new level of motivation.
On a positive note Nice supersets very intense and pretty good weights.
Tunen - Yeah they're definately presses! I will change things up but I feel I should give this routine a chance. It's just having had to cruise on it at sub maximal weight for a ouple of weeks yet because of the extra sets it's draining despite being less weight Hopefully as the weight increases it'll perk me up a bit. If not, then I'll switch it round again and maybe try some instinctive training.
Pickle - You know I think a pic of Jorn could do it as a warning sign of not training!
El Freako - But then I really wouldn't be able to concentrate seeing my tiny cock in the mirror!
