Good weights in there! U do a lot of weighted ab work as well great to see. Personally I like Roman chairs an oldie but definately worth its weight in gold

IMO too much machine work but if it works for you then carry on.

thanks guys, and Scoular i use a lil' bit more machines cus of my tendons and shit....

and i dont wanna risk using all free weights, least not yet.

My family has a heridotory thing with joints
My moms back and knees cramp and pop so does everyone elses
and right now my bros taking Steroids for some severe problem.
I cant pronounce the thing, but the Doctor said you can only help the pain or somin with some weird named steroid, dont worry its not like the type of steroids BBs use at all, i looked at the pamphlet, says most common side effects are muslce loss and weakness... so yea
His left leg is fucked up and all swollen and shit..he said to the doc after he ate at Los Palopas He got food poisoned and his lef started to swole up.
So i dont want anything bad to happen to me at all, so i take precautions
