it's hard for me to stomach compliments, as ive been thru lots of shit in the past
so self esteem isn't really high in person
on here, (the net in general) its average, i like being alone and away from people 90% the time

i need way more improvement
i said i'd post pics of em a while back on that wheels thread
but i need to re-calc my legwork out
leg extensions and machine leg presses aren't helping me much
just strength gains, not much size
when i was doing leg presses when i started 12th grade
i went up to 900lbs 10+ reps. huge legs, im going to focus on leg presses
and one day maybe squats
