Hi fellas. I've had to mix two days into one again because i have a business trip tomorrow (aka half day in a train and the other half attending stupid meetings where nothing is decided).

Squats 104Kgx5 , 112Kgx5 , 118Kgx10 ==PR reps. Last one was ugly.
MPs 44Kgx5 , 46Kgx5 , 48Kgx11
Front squats 2 sets x 10
machine abs 2 sets x 25
That's it. Thursday: deads.
