Deads 140Kgx3 , 150Kgx3 , 158Kgx7 PR!!! I'm on fire!!!!!! ugly,ugly last rep. popping neck veins.
GMs 50Kgx10 , 60Kgx10
1-leg calves 120ishKg x 10 x 2 sets
Sad part is after this week i won't be beating many PRs for a while lol.
Tomorrow is bench day, if i get 4+ reps (which i will, with 98Kg) i'll beat my weekly total PR. I need 8+ reps to beat my bench PR and score a perfect week lol. Stay tuned!
