A little update

Since I think its so damn boring to stand on my crosstrainer Im going to take daily bike rides with my bike for about 30min each. And on days Im working out it will take me 20min to get to the gym, and the same to get home. I will make that 30 min each instead by taking a longer route. Those days I wont do any more cardio then the travel to and from the gym.

Another thing I have changed is that my rest between sets is much smaller to crank up the intensity a little bit more. Then I will have a session or two every week on my crosstrainer to give my body a hard cardio session every once in a while.
Thats the plan for now, I have also lowered my calorie intake a little with 100-150kcal a day less making it around 2500-2600kcals. Lets hope these fixes will make me drop a little bit more.

I meet a old friend of mine outside the gym yesterday btw. And he said that I looked bigger muscle vice and more cut then the week before. So even though Im not dropping weight it seems like I still do while my muscles look bigger. And thats great. A little worrying thing though is that my waist is growing up a little bit again. For what reason I dont know, cause I have not been eating more carbs so it cant be water..

And later this week or in the beginning of next week Im going to have a look at my test and T3 levels to see if they are going up or not. (For those who dont know, I fucked my T3 and test up when I dropped from 270lbs to 197lbs in 5 months some years ago.) While doing that I'll check the other vital stuff aswell

Enough writing for now, my fingers hurt..:food-snacking:

If you find regular cardio boring you could try using some metabolic/conditioning workouts from crossfit. Ive used them in the past, its intense but fun to do. Most of them last for about 15-30 mins and believe me thats more than enough.

Great progress pics Danny boy! There are very strong sessions, totally heavy weight stuff: 105kg Incline Bench is very hard. I hope that ur new cardio plan will help u :xyxthumbs:

Looks like you are making some good changes in your workout. Always good to throw in variety. And good to see you are getting you health checked as well.

Yeah, I think it was time for some changes, and I like this way better then the last slit for sure.

The health is very important. I just hope that my test and T3 levels are better or even fixed again. Cause the doctor said that he might give me levaxin to help my thyriod a bit, but I see that as artificial...and I dont like that at all. But if I have to, then theres nothing I can do but to take those damn pills :xyxthumbs:

Session didn't look too bad. Some days you're in the mood and some you aren't - with all the progress you've been making, one off day isn't going to hurt.

No it was ok. Just no spark like it usually is. I think Im sick or something. Cause I have headace and my stomach feels funny, and its bloated. :dunnodude: And for some reason I have gained 2lbs :disgust:

I'll see if Im somewhat ok tomorrow, then I'll go and train with my old buddy that just came home after being out on the sea since januari

Everyone loses motivation now and again. You need to reset your goals and remember where you want to go in life. I read somewhere that sometimes Jay Cutler just feels like staying home and eating cake instead of working out, its day like that when you have to push yourself.

Hope everything turns out ok for you.

Everyone loses motivation now and again. You need to reset your goals and remember where you want to go in life. I remember reading somewhere that sometimes Jay Cutler just feels like staying home and eating cake instead of working out, its day like that when you have to push yourself.
