A little update
Since I think its so damn boring to stand on my crosstrainer Im going to take daily bike rides with my bike for about 30min each. And on days Im working out it will take me 20min to get to the gym, and the same to get home. I will make that 30 min each instead by taking a longer route. Those days I wont do any more cardio then the travel to and from the gym.
Another thing I have changed is that my rest between sets is much smaller to crank up the intensity a little bit more. Then I will have a session or two every week on my crosstrainer to give my body a hard cardio session every once in a while.
Thats the plan for now, I have also lowered my calorie intake a little with 100-150kcal a day less making it around 2500-2600kcals. Lets hope these fixes will make me drop a little bit more.
I meet a old friend of mine outside the gym yesterday btw. And he said that I looked bigger muscle vice and more cut then the week before. So even though Im not dropping weight it seems like I still do while my muscles look bigger. And thats great. A little worrying thing though is that my waist is growing up a little bit again. For what reason I dont know, cause I have not been eating more carbs so it cant be water..
And later this week or in the beginning of next week Im going to have a look at my test and T3 levels to see if they are going up or not. (For those who dont know, I fucked my T3 and test up when I dropped from 270lbs to 197lbs in 5 months some years ago.) While doing that I'll check the other vital stuff aswell
