No Im not...my scalp is itching like crazy.
My neck hurt when I "sleep" and I wake up atleat 6-7 times every night being hot like hell and cold at the same time...

And no its not a Cardio update..Im still sick as hell. 39,5C (102-103F) fever
I have poxes all over my body now, even in the crotch for those intrested
Should I show my mug outside people would scream "leprosy!!" Thats actually how bad it looks. Im also down to 228lbs and thats because I have not been able to eat anything without trowing up. But drinking is better..so my diet right now is : proteinshakes, Some milk to get the calories up. omega3 pills and like 204509345093405g BCCAs every day. I was up to about 1000kcals yesterday....

It seems like Im getting better now, the poxes are going away now, and my fever is now gone I think. It went from 39,2C too 36,1C over a night.
I still have headache though and the itching on the scalp is still there. But its slowly getting better

You should be good to go within in the next 3-4 days. I only had the pox for a week when I was little. Enjoy a good meal when you're 100% better, then get back on your diet.

I think that if everything goes the way I want. I can eat normal tormorrow and eat some days and be back in the gym on Thursday and Friday to do some light training to get back in to it. But It might be better to let the body rest until monday to eat a little bit more to get the energy back.

btw, don't even think about doing any sort of training right now! Your body needs rest! Maybe a walk around the block or something, but I'd rest it up till you feel 100%.

I feel better now, the poxes are gone and my fever is gone. My temp right now is around 36C like it normally is. I've also got myself a new job for the coming month.
