Nice work bro. I had a slight tear in my left hammie about a month and a half ago and I just started lifting heavy again this week. I was doing bosu ball squats to rehab it. I was embarrassed because all these people were looking at me at the gym like, "What's this big guy doing on that little ball?" Haha.

Update

Im feeling better by the day, still tired though,I get winded easily. A fast walk at work is enough...I've gained some weight again, Im 230lbs right now. That means that my weight has gone from 231lbs before I was sick to 225lbs and back to 230lbs. And I think that I look like shit. I was quite happy with the most muscular pic I posted last time. It showed seperation in the shoulders and ect. Now being 5lbs heavier, I can tell that thats water, cause I dont look that good anymore. Looking and feeling bloated.
Its crazy to see what 2 weeks of little to no food and no training can do...You be the judge

well you look a lil leaner i think but your pump is away.. thats what i hate after 2-3-4 weeks no training.. you look like crap until you worked out a whole week again

Good to see you're on the mend and you do look leaner in that pic.
Soon be back to full strength again. You're bound to lose some weight during illness and at least you haven't put on more than what you started at before the sickness.

Just to get it started again I did some sets with my db's at home after I got home from work. And I got a good pump because there was just 10 sec rest between the sets. Depending on the weather tomorrow I might go to the gym and do chest and triceps :xyxthumbs:
