Yes the diet is coming right along, even though I dont see much difference anymore. I bloat up really much also on the weekends when I treat myself to a cheat meal and some milk.
Im about 235lbs (morning weight) The strength is still climbing IMO.
I have gone from doing 80kg (176lbs) working set on incline bench to 100kg (220lbs) and I could do some more weight if I push it a little bit more maybe 105kg (231lbs) or even 110kg (242lbs) with a little luck.

Im going to do some cardio after my weight sessions from this coming week and see if I can break through this plateau Im at. And still do atleast 30min cardio at home on my crosstrainer 3 times a week

You may need to reduce your calories a bit more if your plateauing, and/or up your cardio. Good luck buddy :2: I am glad it is working for you

I'll start with the cardio tomorrow and go with that for some days, then if that doesn't give me the results I want, I'll cut the calories down a bit. :xyxthumbs:

Sounds like a good plan, just do one at the time. The cardio could give you the right impulse you need, if that wont work lowering the cals is always an option. Are you going for HIIT or regular cardio?

^^The choice of champions, tho I would try to do some cardio on off days if you have the time, otherwise your muscles could stay in the catabolic state too long. If you have to do it on trainings days sip some gatorate and after your finished I would get some whey before you start with the cardio.
