Good session today again, except for legs, my knee didn't feel good so I didn't do any more then 100kg (220lbs) today. My strength keeps going up in incline benchpress. Even though the reps aren't the nicest things in the world its full reps with a stop about 1inch before the bar touch my chest and then as far up as possible without locking out or losing tension. After chest I did triceps, and they were fried after the benching. Still good weights and reps. End finally as I said before I did squats and some legextensions.

Right after the workout I was on the local "hospital" to do a revisit with my shoulder. Its fine for now they said. No inflamation. They told my to stretch the shoulder more to prevent it from "cramping up" and wear out quicker.
So its all good,..for now. because its not the first time its been like this..probably not the last either

You have alot of mass on that frame of yours. Once you're cut, don't get as big in the off season as you are right now. doh.

Legs are by far your best body part, huge.

No I won't be as fat again..I have not eatin myself to everything though.
From my last diet some year ago I dropped so fast that my testo and T3 was gone, my test levels are just below everage right now, my T3 is not though.
Then I gained 30-35lbs from the stress when my mom died. And no not from food

Just a quick chest session today, second one for the week :gaygay:
Today I was out after a PB. I have lifted and done 120kg before so obviously 121kg would be a record :keke: But I raped the 120kg record :keke:

Thats a new record for me in incline bench press :hsughr:. I guy in the gym said that he thinks I could do 135kg (298lbs) on a the flat bench. I agreed but dont like that move at all, I feel it to much in my shoulders. I might test the flat one next week though just to see if Im stronger then I was before.

My strength is still climbing :ughnoes: Even though Im on a diet with low carbs and higher fat and protein. The food for today so far:

Meal 1
- 6 whole eggs, a cup of coffee with little milk, vitamins/minerals, BCCA,"sesamebutter"

Meal 2
- Lean ground beef with some sallad from the restaurant in the same buiding im testwelding in. 1 glas of low fat milk. Omega 3, BCAA

Meal 3
-Almonds

"Meal 4"
-BCAA

Meal 5
-Proteinshake (100g protein) BCAA, sesamebutter


Meal 5 -
Will be a steak with some sallad, omega 3

I will land at about:

320-350g Protein
~40-50g Carbs
~120-130g Fat

Quite wide span between those two,..I know, But Im guessing with the fat Its more then 120g atleast
