The waist has sure came in, makes your lats look wider. :imcoolurnot:
Your back is undoubtedly your strong point so you'll know doubt be doing a lot of back shots at the show. Others have mentioned your weak points which would be difficult to fix at this stage but you'll seriously lose points if you can't get the fat of the thighs. Up the leg cardio.
Are you doing low, medium or high intensity ??
I might have missed it but what's your diet like, have you adjusted since you began your prep ??

Congrats on taking the plunge.

Low intensity and Palumbo diet. High Fat High Protein and no carbs well direct carbs.

You have progressed Max so well done but you need to stick with it buddy. You still have 12 weeks so time is on your side but dnt do anything stupid. Good luck with it.

Max, you should be taking pics every week and on those pics they will show some improvement, that is if you are still on the diet...
