Pretty weak workout today....Got caught up talking to a client so I only had about 40 minutes to bust out my heavy leg day so this is by no means typical...
Felt like a waste not doing squats but I just didnt have the time. I need a solid 3 mins rest in between heavy squats and I just couldnt do that today. Kept rest time at about 90 seconds for everything except calves at 30 seconds.

I hate rushing during my workouts man, but at least you stuck through it and got something done! Let me know your heavy day next week I'll be on break so I can come help out and get a lift too! Peace brotheR!
Went really controlled on my chest presses and my curls. Felt great and had a real good pump! I may be switching up my routine soon after talking with some of my universities top physiologists....check the training tip thread for that info! Tomorrow is high volume legs!
