^^ Haha yeah I have seen that and it was similar to my ghetto workout!
Today was heavy legs. I felt a little more tired that usual on the diet but strength was still up.
Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 335x6, 335x7, 335x5, 315x7
Deadlifts: 315x9, 365x8, 365x8, 315x10
Leg press: 18 platesx12, 20 platesx10, 18 plates x12
Calf raises: stack x 15 x 5
Overall I felt good about the session. Did 15 mins of stationary bike afterwards and it was a nice top off for the legs. Pretty low intensity on the cardio after workouts. I try to keep my hr around 60%. Tomorrow is chest and bis and I am looking forward to the pump!
